Factors associated with this kind of cancer are:
- A lack of dietary fiber and calcium
- Having polyps to the point of needing them removed
- A family history of colon cancer
- Bouts of continued constipation and/or diarrhea
- A buildup of toxins in the colon and/or rectal area
- A diet too high in fiber, which can irritate the colon and/or rectal area
Symptoms include rectal bleeding, blood in the stool, changes in bowel
habits, such as persistent constipation or diarrhea.
